SPA “where you are” provides a service to our client to prepare and organise pamper parties for a pre-arranged amount of guests at the client's home or where required at other suitable venues.
BOOKINGS
We take provisional bookings either by phone, sms, or e-mail. Your booking must be confirmed within 48 hours by paying a deposit of 50% of your party balance.
We reserve the right to book another party over the provisional booking if the deposit has not been paid within the timescale required.
The final balance MUST be paid in cash or EFT (pre-arranged) on the day of the pamper party. All bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. We do not accept cheques
Amount of treatments must be confirmed during the booking to which the charge will be set regardless if there are no-shows
CANCELLATIONS
Should SPA “where you are” have to cancel any bookings due to unforseen circumstances, a full refund of any monies paid will be given and we will endeavour to satisfy the clients requirements wherever possible. Should clients wish to cancel a party, any deposits paid will be non-refundable, no matter what the circumstances.
